Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity & Inclusion

At the Carroll School of Management, we embrace and celebrate the differences in our close-knit community—differences of background, identity, perspective, and ideas. We view diversity and inclusion as markers of both ethical leadership and sound management practice. Grounded in this belief as well as Boston College's Jesuit tradition, the Carroll School is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all students, faculty, and staff feel welcomed, accepted, and supported.

The Carroll School values diversity in all aspects of our education. We create inclusive classrooms for our students in which differences of background, identity, perspective, and ideas are fostered. We sponsor extracurricular activities that highlight the role of diversity in organizations and encourage individuals to bring their unique characteristics and skills to creating a just society. We support faculty in their scholarship related to understanding and offering solutions to the complex challenges that face organizations and their employees.
