Shari Harding, DNP, PMHNP-㽶, CPRP

Dr. Shari Harding is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with an active clinical practice in an integrated primary care setting. She is an associate professor and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) coordinator at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School, Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing. She is also a certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner (CPRP) and emphasizes person-centered practices. Her scholarly focus is on translational research and evidence-based practice in areas including integrated care, mental health care delivery models, and physical and mental health promotion.

Heidi Holiver, DNP

Heidi Holiver, DNP

Heidi Holiver, DNP is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and serves as the first NP hired by the Brigham and Women's Hospital Consultation Liaison division. Her Psychiatric Nursing clinical practice also includes Vitruvian Behavioral Health. Additionally, Dr. Holiver serves as a mentor to students completing their doctorates at UMass Medical School.
Dr. Holiver brings expertise in psychiatric nursing experience from a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, urgent care and research. Her clinical interests include emergency psychiatry, life transitions, anxiety, depression, forensics, and medical ethics. Early in her career, she worked as a research assistant at Mass General Hospital, focusing on psychiatric medication clinical trials and veteran mental health, and contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and poster presentations.

Heidi attended the University of Massachusetts Medical School Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing, where she received a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a research focus on theuse of emergency mental health services in college students in Central Massachusetts. Earlier at UMass Medical, she earned a Masters in Psychiatric/Mental Health with a concentration in Palliative Care and a certificate in Nursing. Prior to her nursing education, she attended College of the Holy Cross, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor inNeuroscience. As an undergraduate. She received the Crompton Gold Medal for the best undergraduate research paper.

Heidi lives with her husband, Jack, and their dog Poppy, and enjoys traveling, making art, andreading.

Brenda Lormil-Raymond, Equity Nurse Practitioner at the Mass General Cancer Center in Boston, MA, is a dedicated advocate for patient-centered care. In her pivotal role, she focuses on delivering exceptional care to individuals undergoing Phase 1 Clinical Trials, ensuring they receive the highest quality treatment and support. Beyond her clinical work, Brenda’s commitment to community health is profound. As the Founder of the Haitian American Medical Association (HAMA), she leads a passionate team dedicated to improving the health literacy and outcomes of the Haitian community. Since its inception in 2017, HAMA has positively impacted over 4,000 Haitian individuals and families through health education workshops, community events, and annual academic scholarships for incoming college freshmen. With more than a decade of experience in leadership, healthcare, and education, Brenda also extends her expertise through VDI Consulting, where she supports health-related projects across various institutions. Her extensive knowledge and dedication make her a transformative force in both clinical and community settings.

Dr. Marchetti is a Clinical Professor at Northeastern University Bouvé College of Health Sciences School of Nursing and a Visiting Professor at Boston College Connell School of Nursing. Recently, she served as a Curriculumand Hawaii Keiki ProgramConsultant and Visiting Scholar attheUniversity of Hawai‘i at Mānoa Nancy Atmospera-Walch School of Nursing. Dr. Marchettiis the Massachusetts Representative and former President of the New England Chapter of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, and practices as a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner at LifeStance Health in Newton, where she provides psychotherapy and medication management for individuals across the lifespan.

Kat Mendez, DNP, MS, RN, PMHNP-㽶

Kat Mendez, DNP, MS, RN, PMHNP-㽶 is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for integrated care, underserved populations, and education. Currently, Dr. Mendez serves as Doctor of Nursing Practice Project Faculty Advisor for DNP students the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. Dr. Mendez’s clinical practice experience includes providing direct primary care, acute addiction care, gender affirming care and substance use disorder services for clients.


Dr. Mendez earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in the Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Track and a Master of Science in Nursing at the Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing at UMass Chan Medical School. They earned an Associate of Science in Nurse Education from Quinsigamond Community College, and prior to entering nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from University of Central Florida. Dr. Mendez is a member of UMass Chan’s Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing chapter.

Patricia A. Tabloski, Ph.D., GNP-㽶, FGSA, FAAN

Patricia A. Tabloski, Ph.D., GNP-㽶, FGSA, FAAN is an associate professor at the Connell School of Nursing. Dr. Tabloski’s work focuses on the epidemiology and treatment of various threats to quality of life and function in older adults. This work has involved elucidating risk factors for poor outcomes, the development and testing of non-pharmacologic interventions to improve outcomes, and meta-analyses to determine the impact of specific nursing interventions. She has been a geriatric educator and clinician for over 35 years and has cared for many older adults in the acute and long-term care settings.Dr. Tabloski teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in gerontology, palliative and hospice care, and pharmacology. She works with undergraduate, masters and doctoral students pursuing specialty in care of the older adult. Dr. Tabloski was selected to serve as a faculty mentor and scholar at the John A. Hartford Foundation, Institute for Geriatric Nursing at New York University in June, 2002. Additionally, she was a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Leeds, School of Nursing in Manchester, UK. She has lectured on gerontology in Budapest, Hungary and Zhejiang Province, China. She serves on review panels for top-tier nursing journals, is a grant application reviewer, and maintains certification as an advanced practice gerontological nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the national honor society of nursing, and the American Geriatric Society, serving on the Professional Education Committee for three years. She was awarded fellowship in 2002 in the Gerontological Society of America and in 2010 in the American Academy of Nursing. Dr. Tabloski currently serves as an Adjunct Scientist with the Aging Brain Center, Hinda and Arthur Marcus Institute for Aging Research, Hebrew SeniorLife.
