This interdisciplinary and cross-cultural training of the Asian Studies track provides a foundation for careers in business, government, teaching, journalism, non-profits, and many other professions. It is also good preparation for graduate school, as it teaches essential skills in thinking critically across the humanities and social sciences.

Asian Studies alumnus' internship experience with Dr. Wong

A Boston College graduate, Bowen Julia Zhu, is the first Ï㽶Ðã intern at the China Exploration and Research Society (CERS), which is founded by Dr. How Man Wong. 

Julia is a psychology major student from Yangzhou, China, and she joined CERS team in the summer of 2016. After that, she finished the internship with Dr. Wong in Yunnan, China in the Tibetan autonomous region.
