1.ĢżKeep track of passwords with aĢżPassword managerĢżapp.
2. wherever possible, including your Ļć½¶Šć Google account.
3. Create strong, uniqueĢżpassphrases.
4. Keep Software Up-to-Date. Cyber criminals take advantage of vulnerabilities in software to spread malware. If you donāt update, you leave your computer or device at risk of infection.
- Operating System: Run āWindows Updateā for Windows, or āSoftware Updateā for your Mac.
- Applications. Make sure all programs such as Zoom, Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Office, are up-to-date.
5. Ensure you backup files you save on your devices. If you backup your computer and devices, you wonāt lose your files even if you get infected with a virus or ransomware.
