Please be aware many Ï㽶Ðã online services will experienceÌýplanned outages Saturday, July 17, 8 p.m. - Sunday, July 18, 7 a.m.ÌýThese outages are part of the final phase of a major infrastructure project to replace the Ï㽶Ðã Data Center firewall.

Services Affected

  • Agora Portal, Canvas, Eagle VPN, Zoom, Adobe Experience Manager, EagleApps, Library databases, and many additional services.Ìý
  • Agora password transactions will be disabled throughout the planned outage window.Ìý
  • Google Workspace isÌýnotÌýaffected by the planned outages, and Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, etc., will be available.

What to Expect Saturday Night

  • Affected services will be unavailable or intermittent.
  • Users on campus may experience disruptions in accessing the Ï㽶Ðã network.
  • As of Sunday, July 18, 7 a.m., all services should work as expected.
  • If you have any mapped drives/servers configured on your computer, you should restart before connecting on Sunday morning.
