Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (Ïã½¶ÐãPDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all Ïã½¶Ðã departments. The purpose of the Ïã½¶ÐãPDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the Ïã½¶Ðã postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of Ïã½¶Ðã

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the Ïã½¶Ðã community

To provide liaison between Ïã½¶Ðã postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The Ïã½¶ÐãPDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the Ïã½¶ÐãPDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members’ original and independent scholarly work.
