Liz Shchepetylnykova

Dr. Liz Shchepetylnykova, an expert in post-Soviet higher education transformations from Ukraine with a Ph.D. from The University of Hong Kong, joins CIHE as a Hans de Wit Fellow. During her fellowship, she is researching the experiences of Ukrainian displaced scholars in the U.S., focusing on their navigation of the American higher education system and their contributions to their disciplines.
